ANNE GORKE »WOLVES« AUTUMN/WINTER 2012/13 WOMEN’S COLLECTION LOOKBOOK & CAMPAIGN

»Wolves«, Anne Gorke’s women’s collection for Autumn/Winter 2012/13 is inspired by the tranquility of Russian forests and untamed ferocity inherit in animals. A stark aesthetic is created from strength, discipline, pride and bravery in the use of white silk satin blended with vibrant red and navy cotton satin. The straight lines and geometrical shapes contrast the brilliant red and diminish the allure of the red, blue and white hues. Following the Bauhaus principles of aesthetics, the collection exhibits a sophisticated wearability with golden button and zipper details that distinctly emphasize the sheer femininity of the pieces. A strong commitment to consistency in the design is clear, with the exclusive use of high-quality, organic textiles and fair methods of production in Germany.

Anne Gorke originated in Weimar, the place where the Bauhaus was founded, and where it’s spirit is still apparent. With an allegience to this proud heritage, the lable features clear lines and sleek elegance with a soft feminity. Anne Gorke works exclusively with organic textiles of the gighest caliber. The production is designed in Germany, which not only ensures fair conditions, but also meets the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.
